Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we inspect the items.
